Heather Groom is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with extensive connections throughout Utah and a knack for building relationships. With exceptional energy, she employs her skill in negotiations and marketing to get her clients top dollar for their properties, devoting equal care to the first-time home buyer and the multi-million dollar investor. In 2021 and 2022, Heather was recognized as the Top Solo Agent of the Year in her brokerage of 375 agents. She is a member of the leadership team, serving as the Luxury Chair for her office and leads the fractional property team. Heather is also a member of the Hall of Fame for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and a member of the Realtor 500 Club (top 5% of the industry). She works with a strong support staff but insists on being the point person and negotiator for every client. She is a member of both the Washington County board of realtors and Wasatch Front board of realtors, which covers Salt Lake and Utah Counties, which means more advertising and exposure for her clients’ property. Heather has an extensive background in politics that serves her well in real estate, as she is keenly aware of hot development pockets throughout Utah. She also has close relationships with public officials and influencers in all 29 counties. In 2012 and 2016, she served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Governor Gary Herbert and Lieutenant Governor – now Governor – Spencer Cox. From 2011 through 2014 she served as President of the Utah Federation of Republican Women, and on the Utah State Board of Education from 2013 to 2015. She currently serves as an ambassador for the Utah Women in Leadership Project and as a Judge and Division Chair for Best of State Utah, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for Snow College. Heather founded and owned a market research business for over 15 years and worked on several high-profile research projects with Fortune 500 companies. In 2013, she shifted her focus and started a real estate investment company with her husband Brent, who is also a licensed real estate agent. They own several rental properties in St. George, and together own Red Rock Furniture, an interior design and furniture company serving the nightly rental market. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree from Southern Utah University. She is fluent in Spanish, and she loves to dance. When she’s not serving her clients, you can find her rocking out at a concert or attending all different kinds of performances on Utah’s stages. An enthusiastic globetrotter, she has traveled to six continents, with plans in the works to visit the seventh.
